Dr. Canady holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Mathematics from Transylvania University, along with a master’s and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He has made significant contributions in fields such as adversarial robustness for autonomous systems, energy-efficient 5G network management, and robust AI at the edge.
Dr. Canady has held key roles, including positions as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Vanderbilt, a Network Security Intern at Holzer Health System, and a robust machine learning intern at Wright State University. His contributions to advanced machine learning, particularly in ensuring AI reliability in edge environments, reflect his commitment to innovative and secure technological solutions.
